Peter has built a successful career in the Information and Communications Technology sector in various leadership and management capacities. He has extensive international experience in managing Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Customer Service teams.

Peter helped pivot LxSix Photonics Inc. to the oil and gas sector, leading to the company's acquisition by Weatherford International. He has also worked as Director of Business Development at the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), where he invigorated the export growth of Canadian SMEs.

Doug has diversified work experience across automotive, manufacturing, food and beverage, environmental services, and advanced printing over a 43-year career. He spent 25 years at 3M Canada in various management roles leading innovation pipelines and marketing initiatives.

Doug has gained deep knowledge of various government funding sources - grants and loans - available to companies of all sizes. He has guided hundreds of Canadian companies to access low-cost federal and provincial funding. A graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Kamalesh is a sales and marketing leader with over 30 years of commercial experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. He has led several cross-cultural, multi-functional project teams and launched initiatives across food, healthcare, household cleaning and more.

He has a demonstrated history of delivering revenue and profit growth at multinationals such as Glaxo SmithKline, Kellogg, Reckitt Benckiser, and Campbell Soup. He is the co-founder and CEO of H2H Retail Solutions Limited. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.

Born and educated in France, Philippe has built a successful international career in consulting, business development, marketing, and project management spanning five continents. He has worked with companies in wireless telecommunications, satellites, broadcasting, nuclear energy, and food and beverages.

A trained telecommunications engineer from Telecom SudParis, Philippe has implemented successful market penetration strategies across Europe, Asia-Pacific, North America, and Africa. He has lived in six countries and is bilingual in French and English.

Nalini leads Human Capital Consulting at Indigo, specialising in HR Leadership, Organisational Assessment, Learning and Development, Psychometric Testing, and Team Building. Over her 27-year career, she has consulted extensively with corporates in India, the Middle East and North America.

Nalini is also co-founder of Indigo Global Trading, supplying consumer food products to retail and distribution chains in North America, and launched the Swirly's confectionery brand.

Brian is a seasoned management professional with decades of experience in the hospitality, tourism, and beverages industries. He has worked in senior management roles at leading hotel chains in India, helping them grow their property portfolio.

Brian played an integral role in facilitating the entry of US-based Choice Hotels International into the Indian market, growing the chain to over 16 locations. He also enabled Lords Hotels Group to grow from 3 to over 10 hotels. An MBA from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.

Yogi specialises in international trade, market entry strategies, market research, and B2B and consumer marketing. At Indigo he works closely with clients, oversees market research projects, and identifies potential partners in target markets.

He has served as an Export Advisor with the Ontario Ministry of International Trade and was a business journalist with Mint, one of India's leading business publications. Contributing author of "The New Age Entrepreneurs" (Random House, 2012). MBA from the Schulich School of Business.

Bart is a Dutch management consultant with over 14 years of experience in international trade, global business development, export consulting, and project management. He has worked in diverse sectors such as furniture, energy, packaging, logistics, real estate, food, and agriculture.

He has worked with clients in European, Middle Eastern, and South Asian markets across all areas from strategy consulting to implementation. Bart is a strong relationship builder with experience at all levels of organisations, from operational to board of directors.

Rob is a digital marketing consultant with over 10 years of experience strategising, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns for clients globally. He serves as Director of Client Services at O3M Directional Marketing, overseeing over 100,000 Google Ads campaigns quarterly.

Rob extends digital marketing capabilities to Indigo's clients in various global markets, helping them succeed in the digital realm as part of their expansion strategy. A graduate of the University of Iowa (B.B.A. Marketing) and Concordia College (MS Digital Marketing, Summa Cum Laude).

Nikhil is a performance-driven sales, marketing, and business development professional with experience launching consumer products and managing key accounts in Canada. He was instrumental in the successful launch of Swirly's, a confectionery and snacking brand for the Canadian retail market, and is well-versed in acquiring and servicing B2B and B2C customers as well as in-store merchandising.

Nikhil is also an established entrepreneur in gaming, live-streaming, and content creation, having built an online presence with millions of views across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch, working with brands such as Unilever, IKEA, Taco Bell, and Advil. An MBA graduate from the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary's University, he brings six years of cross-cultural experience across India and Canada.

Priyanka is an experienced Digital Marketing professional with extensive and diverse industry experience. After an initial stint in Advertising, she has consulted with clients in the Gaming, Consumer Products, and Defence sectors.

Priyanka is an integral part of Indigo's consulting projects with a focus on detailed market research of clients' products or services for target markets. She also spearheads the digital marketing initiatives for the company.
